How do I top my tutor credit?

Log in to your mySecondTeacher account
On the top right, click on your profile icon
Click My Profile > Credits > Add credits
Enter TOP UP amount and click add credits.
Enter your card number, expiration date and CVC and click pay.
You’ll receive a message upon successful completion of the top up

Where can I use tutor credits?

Tutor credits can be used to ask questions to our tutors regarding subject matter. Certain tutor credit will be deducted depending on the complexity of the question asked.

I had multiple payment failures and I’m worried that I got charged more than once.

Please contact us using the Support button at the bottom of the screen right away.

Can I redeem my tutor credit?

Tutor credits cannot be redeemed once used.

Are there other ways for me to add tutor credits besides Stripe and Paypal?

Currently, we only accept payments via Stripe or PayPal. If we add new payment method, we shall update you.
